You'll be the person our furniture clients count on, and you'll make every one of them feel like our only client.
As a Client Strategist, you're the main point of contact for the furniture businesses you work with. You keep them informed and confident, and you run their Meta ads.
You won't be figuring it out alone. We have a proven marketing system, and we'll train you on exactly how it works. What we need from you is real media buying experience, a great way with people, and the judgment to think critically when the numbers move.
What you'll do
- Be the go-to contact for your clients on calls, email and chat
- Run and manage Meta ad campaigns using the 7FF system
- Keep an eye on performance and act quickly when something changes
- Share clear, plain-English updates with clients
- Work with our creative team on the ads that go live
What we're looking for
- Client-facing experience, ideally at an agency
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce or retail brands
- Calm, warm, clear communication, spoken and written
- Critical thinking and strong organization
- Coachable, and excited to learn a proven system
